Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 390°F.
In a large bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss the salmon pieces to coat evenly.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey to create the Bang Bang sauce.
Divide the sauce in half. Reserve one half for serving and use the other to toss with the seasoned salmon bites.
Place the salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd. Air fry for 4-5 minutes, flip, and cook for another 4-5 minutes until the salmon reaches 140–145°F.
Transfer to a serving plate, drizzle with the reserved sauce, and garnish with chopped chives.
Notes
For oven preparation, bake salmon at 400°F for 16 minutes flipping halfway. Toss with sauce after baking to avoid burning.
