Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 180–200°C.
Pat the chicken dry, then coat it with olive oil, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Arrange the chicken in a single layer in the air fryer and cook for approximately 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
In a small saucepan, combine blueberries, water, and a little thyme, simmering until thickened.
Toss the cooked chicken in the blueberry glaze before serving.
Let the chicken rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
Notes
Tip: Adjust cooking times based on chicken thickness for best results, and always check for an internal temperature of 74°C before serving.
