  • 600 g Chicken thighs bone-in or boneless, skin-on recommended
  • 150 g Blueberries fresh or thawed if frozen
  • 15 ml Olive oil for coating chicken
  • 5 g Fresh thyme chopped, or to taste
  • 2 g Salt to taste
  • 1 g Pepper to taste
  • 30 ml Water for blueberry sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 180–200°C.
  • Pat the chicken dry, then coat it with olive oil, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • Arrange the chicken in a single layer in the air fryer and cook for approximately 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • In a small saucepan, combine blueberries, water, and a little thyme, simmering until thickened.
  • Toss the cooked chicken in the blueberry glaze before serving.
  • Let the chicken rest for a couple of minutes before serving.

Notes

Tip: Adjust cooking times based on chicken thickness for best results, and always check for an internal temperature of 74°C before serving.
