Equipment

  • Air Fryer
  • Rolling Pin
  • Mixing Bowl

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 450 g Pizza dough store-bought or homemade
  • 200 g Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 100 g Pepperoni sliced
  • 15 ml Olive oil for brushing
  • 1 g Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Roll out the pizza dough into an even circle or rectangle, maintaining consistent thickness.
  • Place a mound of cheese and pepperoni on one half, leaving a clear edge for sealing.
  • Fold the dough over the filling and press the edges to seal tightly. Crimp or fold the edges for a better seal.
  • Brush the tops with olive oil and make a few small slits for venting.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F) and place the calzones in a single layer.
  • Cook for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp. Check periodically to prevent over-browning.
  • Remove and let cool for a minute before slicing.

Notes

Tip: Avoid overfilling the calzones and ensure the edges are sealed to prevent leaks during cooking.
