Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for about 3–5 minutes.
Pat the chicken tenders dry, season generously with salt, pepper, and paprika. Lightly toss with oil spray.
Arrange the tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding.
Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).
While cooking, whisk together melted butter, garlic, and honey to make the glaze.
In the last 1–2 minutes of cooking, brush the glaze onto the tenders for a sticky finish.
Drizzle or toss the hot tenders with the remaining glaze before serving.
Notes
Tip: Make sure the chicken is dry before cooking to ensure maximum crispiness. Cook in batches if necessary.
