  • 500 g Chicken tenders pat dry
  • 15 ml Olive oil spray for crisping
  • 30 g Butter melted for glaze
  • 30 ml Honey for glaze
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 5 g Paprika for seasoning
  • to taste Salt for seasoning
  • to taste Pepper for seasoning
  • optional Parsley for garnish
  • optional Red pepper flakes for added heat

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for about 3–5 minutes.
  • Pat the chicken tenders dry, season generously with salt, pepper, and paprika. Lightly toss with oil spray.
  • Arrange the tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding.
  • Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).
  • While cooking, whisk together melted butter, garlic, and honey to make the glaze.
  • In the last 1–2 minutes of cooking, brush the glaze onto the tenders for a sticky finish.
  • Drizzle or toss the hot tenders with the remaining glaze before serving.

Notes

Tip: Make sure the chicken is dry before cooking to ensure maximum crispiness. Cook in batches if necessary.
