Instructions
Slice the zucchini into rounds about 2–3 mm thick. Lightly salt the slices and let them sit for 10–15 minutes to draw out moisture.
Pat the slices dry with paper towels to remove any surface moisture.
Toss the slices with a drizzle of oil and any desired seasonings.
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C. Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer and air-fry for about 8–12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Transfer the chips to a cooling rack or a plate lined with paper towels for a minute or two to keep them crispy.
Notes
Tip: Keep the zucchini slices in a single layer to prevent steaming and ensure even browning.
