  • 1 lb Chicken tenders
  • 1 large Granny Smith apple Thinly sliced
  • 3 tbsp Raw honey
  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Kosher salt For brine
  • 1 tbsp Granulated sugar For brine

  • Brining: Mix 4 cups water, 3 tbsp salt, and 1 tbsp sugar. Soak chicken 30 mins. Pat dry.
  • Seasoning: Toss dried chicken with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Searing: Heat cast-iron skillet to medium-high. Cook tenders 4 mins per side until golden.
  • Glaze: In same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add apples, honey, and vinegar. Simmer 5 mins.
  • Finishing: Brush half the glaze on chicken. Cook 2 mins, add remaining glaze. Garnish with parsley.
