- 1 large Granny Smith apple Thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp Raw honey
- 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 2 cloves Garlic Minced
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Kosher salt For brine
- 1 tbsp Granulated sugar For brine
How To Step
Brining: Mix 4 cups water, 3 tbsp salt, and 1 tbsp sugar. Soak chicken 30 mins. Pat dry.
Seasoning: Toss dried chicken with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Searing: Heat cast-iron skillet to medium-high. Cook tenders 4 mins per side until golden.
Glaze: In same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add apples, honey, and vinegar. Simmer 5 mins.
