chicken broth

orzo or rice

large eggs

fresh lemon juice

garlic cloves

dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh dill or parsley
(for garnish)
Instructions
Simmer chicken in broth for 15 minutes. Remove, shred, and set aside
Add orzo to the broth and cook until tender (10 mins).
Whisk eggs and lemon juice in a bowl until frothy.
Temper the egg mixture by slowly adding hot broth while whisking.
Stir the egg-lemon mixture into the pot with shredded chicken. Garnish and serve.
