Instructions
Preheat your oven to 190°C (moderate temperature) and keep the Brie chilled until it's time to assemble.
Roll out the puff pastry on parchment paper, place the Brie in the center, and top it with honey and fig.
Fold the pastry up and around the Brie, sealing the edges so it looks like a little gift.
Transfer it to a baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes until the pastry is golden and crisp, and the Brie is soft and melty inside.
