  • 200 g Goat cheese soft for easy spooning
  • 60 ml Honey for drizzling
  • 100 g Cranberries fresh or dried

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 190°C.
  • Rinse the pears, then slice them in half and carefully core them, leaving a small cavity for filling.
  • Spoon in generous amounts of goat cheese, sprinkle in a few cranberries, and drizzle with honey.
  • Place the pears cut-side up on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for about 15–20 minutes, until the pears are tender and the cheese is melting and caramelizing.
  • Let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
  • If desired, broil for 1–2 minutes for extra shine, but watch closely to prevent burning.

Tip: Avoid using overripe or overly firm pears for the best texture, and don’t skip the parchment paper.
