  • 4 pieces Salmon fillets room temperature
  • 300 g Fresh spinach washed and drained
  • 15 ml Olive oil for greasing
  • to taste Salt for seasoning
  • to taste Pepper for seasoning
  • 1 lemon Lemon for squeezing
  • optional Creamy sauce to serve

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C and prepare your baking dish by lightly oiling it.
  • Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, and let them marinate briefly if desired.
  • Rinse and drain the spinach, then layer it at the bottom of the baking dish.
  • Place the seasoned salmon fillets on top of the spinach.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily.
  • Serve with a fresh squeeze of lemon and, if desired, a creamy sauce.
