Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, melted butter, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until bubbly.
Add flour and salt to the mixture, then knead for about 5 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
Roll the dough into a rectangle, spread mashed bananas mixed with brown sugar and cinnamon evenly over the surface, then roll tightly.
Slice the rolled dough into individual rolls, place them on a baking sheet, and let rise for another 30 minutes.
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C. Place a few rolls in the basket and air fry for about 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
For the cream cheese frosting, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and a bit of vanilla until smooth.
Once the rolls are cool, spread the cream cheese frosting generously on top and serve.

Tip: For a lighter version, consider using half whole-grain flour or reducing the sugar in the filling.
