  • 250 g All-purpose flour
  • 20 g Yeast active dry or instant
  • 150 ml Milk warm
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 75 g Butter melted
  • 2 Ripe bananas mashed
  • 10 g Cinnamon
  • 100 g Brown sugar
  • 100 g Cream cheese softened
  • 100 g Powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, melted butter, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until bubbly.
  • Add flour and salt to the mixture, then knead for about 5 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
  • Roll the dough into a rectangle, spread mashed bananas mixed with brown sugar and cinnamon evenly over the surface, then roll tightly.
  • Slice the rolled dough into individual rolls, place them on a baking sheet, and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 180°C. Place a few rolls in the basket and air fry for about 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  • For the cream cheese frosting, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and a bit of vanilla until smooth.
  • Once the rolls are cool, spread the cream cheese frosting generously on top and serve.

Notes

Tip: For a lighter version, consider using half whole-grain flour or reducing the sugar in the filling.
