Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 200°C.
Season the protein and air fry until it reaches a safe internal temperature, around 74°C.
Warm the cooked rice briefly if needed. Toss the rice with the cooked protein and mixed vegetables in a light coating of oil.
Spread the mixture in a single layer in the air fryer basket and air fry for about 4–6 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Stir in the Bang Bang sauce, return to the air fryer for 1–2 more minutes to set the glaze.
Serve hot, garnished with scallions, sesame seeds, and a squeeze of lime.
Notes
Tip: Use rice that has been cooled and dried to prevent sogginess, and avoid overcrowding the air fryer for the best crispiness.
