  • 4 fillets Salmon skin-side down if applicable
  • 100 ml Mayonnaise for the sauce
  • 30 ml Sweet chili sauce for the sauce
  • 10 ml Sriracha adjust for heat preference
  • 1 lime Lime juice for the sauce
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Honey optional, for sweetness

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C. Pat your salmon fillets dry, then sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
  • Brush or toss the fillets with some of the bang bang sauce so they’re evenly coated but not dripping.
  • Place the salmon in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry for 8–10 minutes until the fish becomes opaque and flakes easily, flipping halfway through for extra crispiness.
  • Let the fillet rest for a couple of minutes before serving to keep all those juices.

Notes

Tip: Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket to ensure even cooking.
