Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 500 g Ground beef seasoned
  • 2 pcs Large flour tortillas for wrapping
  • 100 g Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 pcs Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 5 g Chili powder for seasoning
  • 5 g Cumin for seasoning

  • 30 ml Olive oil optional for crispiness
  • 100 g Salsa optional
  • 100 g Sour cream optional

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (400°F). In a skillet, brown the ground beef with chopped onions and minced garlic. Season the beef with chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  • Once the beef is cooked, spoon the filling onto each tortilla, sprinkle with shredded cheese, and roll tightly.
  • If desired, spray or brush the outside with olive oil for added crispness. Place the burritos seam-side down in the air fryer.
  • Air-fry the burritos for about 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway until they are golden and the cheese is melted.

Notes

Tip: Remember to drain any excess moisture from meat or toppings to keep your burritos from getting soggy!
