  • 1/4 cup dill pickles finely diced
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

For the Wraps

  • 1 yellow onion diced and divided

  • sliced dill pickles to taste
  • shredded cheddar cheese to taste

Instructions

  • Whisk together mayonnaise, diced pickles, mustard, ketchup, and paprika until smooth. Refrigerate until needed.
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef with half of the diced onion over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Drain excess grease if needed.
  • Lay out tortillas. Add shredded lettuce, a few pickle slices, the beef-onion mix, remaining fresh diced onion, cheddar cheese, and a spoonful of Big Mac sauce.
  • Fold into wraps and serve immediately while warm. Optional: lightly toast in a skillet for extra crunch.

Notes

You can substitute ground beef with ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option. Feel free to adjust toppings to your taste. These wraps make a great party platter idea too!
