These Big Mac Wraps are packed with the iconic burger flavor, made easier and faster using tortillas. A family-friendly dinner that comes together in minutes, and yes, with that famous special sauce too!
Whisk together mayonnaise, diced pickles, mustard, ketchup, and paprika until smooth. Refrigerate until needed.
In a skillet, cook the ground beef with half of the diced onion over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Drain excess grease if needed.
Lay out tortillas. Add shredded lettuce, a few pickle slices, the beef-onion mix, remaining fresh diced onion, cheddar cheese, and a spoonful of Big Mac sauce.
Fold into wraps and serve immediately while warm. Optional: lightly toast in a skillet for extra crunch.
