Equipment

  • Large Skillet
  • Air Fryer

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 500 g Cubed steak
  • 400 g Zucchini noodles fresh or spiralized
  • 15 ml Olive oil for cooking
  • 10 g Blackening spice blend to season steak

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to get it nice and hot. Toss the steak cubes with the blackening rub and a little oil, then spread them in a single layer.
  • Air fry until the crust is golden brown and the meat reaches your desired doneness, about 10–12 minutes.
  • If using a skillet, heat it and add a touch of oil to sear the cubed steak in batches, about 3–4 minutes per side.
  • For the zoodles, toss in a separate pan with a little oil for 1–2 minutes to warm them just before serving.
  • Serve right away to enjoy the contrast between the crispy steak and tender zoodles.

Notes

Tip: Don’t overcrowd the pan; work in batches so each piece gets a good sear. To keep zoodles crisp, pat them dry before cooking and do not overcook.
