  • 1 head Cauliflower cut into thick steaks
  • 60 ml Buffalo sauce to taste
  • 15 ml Neutral oil for roasting
  • 5 g Salt to taste
  • 5 g Pepper to taste
  • 10 g Garlic powder optional
  • 10 g Paprika optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 220°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cut the cauliflower into thick steaks from the center and pat them dry.
  • Brush the cauliflower with neutral oil and season with salt, pepper, and optional spices.
  • Place the steaks on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they have space.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes until edges are brown and centers are tender. Flip halfway through.
  • Remove from oven, toss in Buffalo sauce, and return to bake for an additional 5 minutes.
