Instructions
Preheat the oven to 220°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut the cauliflower into thick steaks from the center and pat them dry.
Brush the cauliflower with neutral oil and season with salt, pepper, and optional spices.
Place the steaks on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they have space.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until edges are brown and centers are tender. Flip halfway through.
Remove from oven, toss in Buffalo sauce, and return to bake for an additional 5 minutes.
