Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 475 g Shredded cooked chicken
  • 120 ml Buffalo sauce
  • 100 g Shredded cheese like cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1 package Biscuit dough or puff pastry for a fluffier bomb
  • 50 g Chopped green onions optional

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 175°C. While it's heating up, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and cheese. If you like, add chopped green onions for some freshness.
  • Stuff the dough with the chicken mixture, seal it tight, and place them in the air fryer basket (leave some space between them).
  • Cook for 10–12 minutes, or until they're golden brown and crispy. Keep an eye on them!

Notes

Tip: Only fill the bombs about two-thirds full to prevent them from bursting during cooking. Brushing the tops with melted butter before cooking can give you an extra golden color!
