  • 100 g Cream cheese softened
  • 50 g Buffalo sauce adjust to taste
  • 100 g Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil for brushing
  • 100 g Breadcrumbs for coating

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (350°F). In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, and salt.
  • Shape the mixture into small balls and roll them in breadcrumbs. Arrange in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching.
  • Brush lightly with olive oil and cook for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy. Let them cool slightly before serving.

Tip: Use different dips like ranch or blue cheese on the side to complement the flavors and provide variety.
