Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and cheddar cheese. Mix until well blended and creamy.
Place about 2 tablespoons of the filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper. Moisten the edges with water, fold the wrapper over the filling, and roll it tightly, sealing the edges.
If air frying, preheat your air fryer to 200°C and cook the rolls for about 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through until crispy. If deep frying, heat oil to 180°C and cook until golden brown.

Tip: Don’t overfill the egg rolls, or they may burst during cooking. Keep an eye on them to avoid burning!
