  • 500 g Shredded cooked chicken using rotisserie chicken is a great option
  • 250 g Cream cheese softened
  • 120 ml Buffalo sauce
  • 100 g Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 10 g Egg roll wrappers about 10 wrappers
  • 30 ml Oil for frying or cooking spray for air fryer

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and cheddar cheese. Mix until well blended and creamy.
  • Place about 2 tablespoons of the filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper. Moisten the edges with water, fold the wrapper over the filling, and roll it tightly, sealing the edges.
  • If air frying, preheat your air fryer to 200°C and cook the rolls for about 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through until crispy. If deep frying, heat oil to 180°C and cook until golden brown.

Notes

Tip: Don’t overfill the egg rolls, or they may burst during cooking. Keep an eye on them to avoid burning!
