Ingredients
  

  • 1 tortilla regular, low carb or gluten free
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
  • 2-3 leaves lettuce
  • 1 slice cheddar cheese
  • 3 slices turkey
  • 3-4 slices tomato small, Campari or similar
  • 2 slices avocado
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Warm the tortilla in a skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.
  • Spread mustard and mayonnaise evenly over the surface of the tortilla.
  • Layer with lettuce and cheddar cheese, then place turkey slices neatly on top.
  • Add tomato and avocado slices. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly and slice in half. Serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.

Notes

To keep wraps fresh and avoid sogginess, layer lettuce under wet ingredients like tomatoes. Wrap tightly and store in parchment or foil.
