  • 200 ml Strong brewed coffee cooled
  • 150 g Ladyfinger biscuits or sponge cake
  • 100 g Caramel sauce for drizzling
  • 50 g Sugar optional to taste
  • 250 ml Whipping cream lightly whipped
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract for flavor
  • 1 g Cocoa powder for dusting on top

Instructions
 

  • Prepare your ingredients: whip the creamy base until light and airy.
  • Brew a strong pot of espresso or coffee and let it cool.
  • Layer ladyfingers soaked lightly in coffee with the creamy mixture in a 9x13-inch dish.
  • Drizzle caramel on each layer before adding more cream and biscuits.
  • Chill the assembled tiramisu in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Before serving, dust with cocoa powder and drizzle with caramel.

Notes

Tip: Letting it chill overnight helps meld the flavors beautifully.
