Instructions
Start by preheating your oven to 150 °C (300 °F).
In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
Rub this mixture all over the beef short ribs.
Place the ribs in a roasting pan and pour the beef broth around them.
Cover the pan with foil and roast for 3 hours.
Remove the foil and increase the temperature to 230 °C (450 °F) for the last 30 minutes to caramelize the top.
Notes
Tip: Marinate the short ribs overnight in the fridge for the best flavor, and always let the meat rest for at least 10 minutes after cooking.
