  • Start by preparing a clean and dry workstation. Set up your piping bag, mixing bowl, and parchment-lined tray.
  • In a mixing bowl, blend the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  • Using the piping bag, fill each strawberry with the cheesecake mixture generously.
  • Place the filled strawberries on the tray and chill them for at least 30 minutes to firm up the filling.
  • If desired, top with whipped cream just before serving for an extra treat!
