Instructions

  • Layer ladyfingers in your dish, brushing them with a cherry-amaretto mixture for moisture.
  • Spread a layer of mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers, then repeat layering until you finish with mascarpone cream on top.
  • Cover and refrigerate the layered dessert for at least 4 hours or overnight to let the flavors meld.
  • Before serving, garnish with cherries or a drizzle of cherry syrup if desired.
