  • 500 g Chicken breast cut into cubes
  • 200 g Yogurt for marinating
  • 30 ml Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 10 g Garam masala
  • 5 g Turmeric
  • 5 g Cumin
  • 3 g Coriander
  • 15 ml Oil for cooking
  • 200 g Tomato puree
  • 150 ml Cream for richness
  • 100 g Onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 piece Ginger grated
  • 5 g Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine chicken cubes with yogurt, lemon juice, garam masala, turmeric, cumin, coriander, and salt. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté onions, garlic, and ginger until softened.
  • Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
  • Stir in the tomato puree and cream, simmer for an additional 10 minutes to let flavors meld.
  • Serve hot with rice or naan.
