In a mixing bowl, combine the ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until just combined.
Form the mixture into 2.5 cm (1 inch) meatballs.
Preheat your air fryer to 190°C (375°F) and lightly spray the basket with cooking oil.
Arrange the meatballs in a single layer in the basket and cook for about 10–12 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F).
