  • 500 g Ground meat beef, turkey, or chicken
  • 100 g Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg
  • 5 ml Worcestershire sauce optional for extra flavor
  • 2 g Salt to taste
  • 2 g Black pepper to taste
  • 3 g Garlic powder or fresh garlic
  • 250 g Cranberry sauce store-bought or homemade

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until just combined.
  • Form the mixture into 2.5 cm (1 inch) meatballs.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 190°C (375°F) and lightly spray the basket with cooking oil.
  • Arrange the meatballs in a single layer in the basket and cook for about 10–12 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F).

Notes

Tip: Let the meatballs rest for a few minutes after cooking to keep them juicy.
