  • 200 g Butter melted
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 70 g Cocoa powder
  • 150 g Flour all-purpose
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 5 ml Vanilla extract
  • 150 g Cookie butter for swirling
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, cocoa powder, flour, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until well combined.
  • Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish and add dollops of cookie butter on top.
  • Use a knife or skewer to swirl the cookie butter into the batter.
  • Top with the remaining brownie batter and swirl again.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center feels just shy of firm.
  • Let the brownies cool before slicing into squares.

Notes

Tip: A gentle press in the center should yield a soft, moist feel rather than a dry crumb. Consider chilling the pan briefly for cleaner cuts.
