  • 12 Large eggs room temperature
  • 250 g Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 450 g Breakfast sausage browned and drained
  • 1 cup Hash browns optional
  • 1 cup Diced bell peppers optional
  • 5 g Salt
  • 5 g Pepper
  • 5 g Garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 175°C.
  • Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, then drain any excess fat.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Add in the cooked sausage and any optional ingredients like hash browns or bell peppers, folding them in gently.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the eggs are set and slightly golden on top.

Notes

Tip: Let your casserole rest for 5-10 minutes after it comes out of the oven for easier slicing.
