large burrito-size flour tortillas

sun-dried tomatoes, chopped (or 1/2 tsp smoked paprika)

Instructions
Beat cream cheese in bowl until fluffy. Fold in cheddar, ranch seasoning, and sun-dried tomatoes (or smoked paprika).
Spread 1/4 mixture evenly on each tortilla, leaving 1/2-inch border.
Roll tightly, wrap in plastic, and refrigerate 1+ hours.
Unwrap and slice into 1-inch wheels using dental floss for clean cuts.
Arrange on platter. Garnish with extra herbs if desired.
Notes
For vegan version: Use dairy-free cream cheese and cheese. Smoked paprika -like depth without meat.
