  • 500 g Chicken (breast or thighs) skinless or skin-on, your choice
  • 250 g Cranberry sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 50 ml Orange juice freshly squeezed preferred
  • 15 ml Honey or sugar to taste
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil for cooking
  • 1 g Salt to taste
  • 1 g Pepper to taste
  • zest of 1 Orange for added flavor

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
  • Pat the chicken dry and season with salt and pepper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cranberry sauce, orange juice, honey, and orange zest.
  • Brush chicken with olive oil and coat with the cranberry glaze.
  • Arrange chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 12-15 minutes, or until the chicken reaches a safe internal temperature and the glaze caramelizes.
  • Let rest for a few minutes before serving. Brush additional glaze on top for serving.
