Ingredients
  

  • 8 slices brioche bread
  • 4 OZ cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest
  • ΒΌ tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch salt
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions
 

  • Make filling: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon zest, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Cut pocket in brioche slices; fill with 2 tbsp cream cheese mixture.
  • Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt in shallow dish.
  • Dip stuffed bread 20 seconds per side, then cook in buttered skillet 3-4 mins/side until golden.
