- 4 OZ cream cheese
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- ΒΌ tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch salt
- 2 tbsp butter
Make filling: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon zest, and vanilla until smooth.
Cut pocket in brioche slices; fill with 2 tbsp cream cheese mixture.
Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt in shallow dish.
Dip stuffed bread 20 seconds per side, then cook in buttered skillet 3-4 mins/side until golden.
