  • 680 g Chicken breasts skinless, boneless
  • 30 ml Olive oil for cooking
  • 30 g Butter for cooking
  • 240 ml Heavy cream
  • 50 g Grated parmesan cheese
  • 120 ml Chicken broth
  • 2 Garlic cloves minced
  • 1 Pinch of salt
  • 1 Pinch of black pepper
  • 15 g Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Season the chicken well with salt and pepper, then sear it in a hot skillet with olive oil until it's golden brown, about 3–4 minutes per side.
  • Remove the chicken from the pan and let it rest briefly.
  • In the same pan, melt the butter, add minced garlic, and cook until it smells amazing, about 30–60 seconds.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and cream, then whisk in the parmesan until the mixture is smooth.
  • Let the sauce simmer until it thickens slightly, about 3–5 minutes, then return the chicken to the pan and spoon the sauce over it.
  • Cook until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C), which takes about 3–5 more minutes depending on its thickness.
  • Let it rest for a quick 3–5 minutes and sprinkle with parsley before serving.

Notes

Tip: A gentle simmer is key for a silky sauce. If the sauce thickens too quickly, add a splash of chicken broth to loosen it.
