Creamy Lemon Chicken Pasta – Ready in 20 Minutes!

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz linguine or fettuccine
  • 2 chicken breasts (sliced into strips)
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.
  • In a skillet, sauté chicken in butter and garlic until golden (5 mins).
  • Deglaze pan with lemon juice and broth, scraping up browned bits.
  • Reduce heat, stir in Parmesan until melted into a creamy sauce.
  • Toss pasta with sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed. Garnish and serve.
