(sliced into strips)

garlic cloves

chicken broth

fresh lemon juice

grated Parmesan

Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley
(for garnish)
Instructions
Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.
In a skillet, sauté chicken in butter and garlic until golden (5 mins).
Deglaze pan with lemon juice and broth, scraping up browned bits.
Reduce heat, stir in Parmesan until melted into a creamy sauce.
Toss pasta with sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed. Garnish and serve.
