heavy cream or milk (optional)

Instructions
Whisk the Eggs
Gently whisk eggs in a bowl until just combined (do not overmix).
Cook Low and Slow
Melt butter in a non-stick pan over low heat. Pour in eggs and stir constantly with a silicone spatula.
Finish with Butter
