Instructions
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
In a skillet, sauté diced onion and minced garlic in the olive oil until they turn translucent.
Add the chicken and brown it on both sides for about 5 minutes.
Stir in the rice, chicken broth, and cream. Bring it to a simmer, then cover and transfer to the oven.
Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 74°C or 165°F).
