  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce (like Frank's RedHot)
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat mini waffle maker until hot (about 2 minutes).
  • In a medium bowl, mix shredded chicken, egg, cheddar cheese, hot sauce, and garlic powder until fully combined.
  • Lightly grease waffle iron with avocado oil spray (optional for extra crispiness).
  • Spoon half the batter into the waffle maker and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  • Repeat with remaining batter. Garnish with green onions and serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
