  • Baking Sheet
  • Shallow pan

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 250 g Chicken breast cut into thin strips or small cubes
  • 12 g Wonton wrappers lightly brushed with oil
  • 30 g Cabbage shredded
  • 10 g Cilantro chopped
  • 1 piece Lime cut into wedges
  • 15 ml Olive oil for brushing

  • 2 g Paprika to season chicken
  • 5 g Salt to season chicken
  • 5 g Pepper to season chicken

Instructions

  • Start by preheating the oven to 200°C. Lightly brush the wonton wrappers with a bit of oil and lay them out in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Bake until they turn golden and crispy, which usually takes about 4–6 minutes.
  • Slice the chicken into thin strips. Season it with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Cook the seasoned chicken in a skillet until the internal temperature hits 74°C.
  • Fill each crispy shell with chicken, shredded cabbage, and cilantro. Drizzle with sauce and finish with a squeeze of lime before serving immediately.

Notes

Tip: Avoid soggy shells by patting dry watery vegetables and layering your toppings lightly. Don’t overcrowd the shells.
