  • 200 g Turkey slices
  • 150 g Crispy bacon cooked
  • 100 g Cheese Swiss or cheddar
  • 1 whole Avocado sliced
  • 2 medium Tomatoes sliced
  • 8 leaves Romaine or butter lettuce large, sturdy leaves
  • 50 g Mayonnaise keto-friendly
  • 10 g Dijon mustard optional
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 200 °C and line a baking sheet with foil. Lay out the bacon slices in a single layer and bake for about 12–15 minutes until crispy. Transfer to a paper-towel-lined plate to drain.
  • Grab large lettuce leaves and pat them dry. Spread a thin layer of mayo on each leaf, then layer with turkey, bacon, cheese, avocado, and tomato. Fold in the sides and roll tightly from the bottom to the top.
  • Secure with a toothpick if necessary and serve with extra mayo for dipping.

Notes

Tip: Make sure to pat all produce dry to prevent sogginess and keep the wraps crispy. Balance moist ingredients to avoid a soggy wrap.
