  • Lime juice to taste
  • Dumplings prepared according to package instructions

Instructions
 

  • Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add the red curry paste and cook until it becomes aromatic.
  • Stir in the coconut milk and bring to a simmer.
  • Add the mixed vegetables and cook for about 10 minutes.
  • Season with fish sauce and lime juice to taste.
  • Prepare dumplings according to package instructions or use your favorite recipe.

Notes

Tip: Lightly spray dumplings with oil before cooking in the air fryer for a crispy texture. Cook at 190 °C for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway for even cooking.
