  • 120 ml Pepper jelly
  • 1 pack Puff pastry or crescent rolls Keep cold for easy handling

  • Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F). Roll out your puff pastry or crescent dough.
  • Cut it into squares, place a dollop of cream cheese and a spoonful of pepper jelly in the center of each, fold over, and seal the edges.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and puffy, keeping an eye on them to avoid burning.
  • For an air fryer, place the bites in a single layer. Cook at 190°C (375°F) for about 10-12 minutes until golden.

Tip: To avoid soggy bottoms, use parchment paper on your baking sheet and let the bites cool slightly before serving.
