Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for a crisp exterior on the salmon.
Pat the salmon dry, brush it with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
Air fry the salmon for 7–9 minutes until it flakes easily and reaches an internal temperature of 63°C (145°F).
Spoon or scatter the pineapple salsa over the salmon just before serving.
Notes
Tip: Pat the salmon dry before cooking for a better sear. Avoid overcrowding the air fryer for even cooking.
