  • 300 g Salmon fillets about 150–200 g each
  • 15 ml Olive oil for brushing
  • 150 g Fresh pineapple diced
  • 50 g Red onion finely chopped
  • 20 g Cilantro chopped
  • 10 ml Lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 piece Jalapeño finely chopped, optional
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for a crisp exterior on the salmon.
  • Pat the salmon dry, brush it with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Air fry the salmon for 7–9 minutes until it flakes easily and reaches an internal temperature of 63°C (145°F).
  • Spoon or scatter the pineapple salsa over the salmon just before serving.

Notes

Tip: Pat the salmon dry before cooking for a better sear. Avoid overcrowding the air fryer for even cooking.
