Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour (or gluten-free blend)
  • 1 tbsp sugar (or maple syrup)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup cold butter (or coconut oil)
  • 3/4 cup cup (or almond milk)

Instructions
 

Mix Dry Ingredients

  • Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.

Cut in Butter

  • Add cold butter, mix until crumbly with a fork.

Add Milk

  • Stir in milk until just combined (do not overmix)

Shape & Bake

  • Form 8 balls, bake at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 mins until golden.

Notes

For vegan rolls, use coconut oil and plant-based milk. Freeze unbaked dough for later!
