Instructions
Mix Dry Ingredients
Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
Cut in Butter
Add cold butter, mix until crumbly with a fork.
Add Milk
Stir in milk until just combined (do not overmix)
Shape & Bake
Form 8 balls, bake at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 mins until golden.
Notes
For vegan rolls, use coconut oil and plant-based milk. Freeze unbaked dough for later!
