Ingredients

smoked sausage
(sliced)
1
cup
long-grain white rice
2
cups
chicken broth
1
cup
shredded cheddar cheese
1
bell pepper
(diced)
1
small onion
(diced)
2
cloves garlic
(minced)
1
tsp
paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Brown sausage in a large skillet over medium heat. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté onions, garlic, and bell peppers until soft.
Add rice, broth, paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
Stir in cooked sausage and cheese until melted. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
