heavy cream

parmesan, grated

mozzarella, shredded

garlic cloves, minced

unsalted butter

all-purpose flour

nutmeg
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook pasta 2 minutes less than package directs. Drain, reserving 1 cup pasta water.
Melt butter in saucepan. Sauté garlic 30 seconds. Whisk in flour to make roux.
Gradually whisk in warm cream until smooth. Stir in parmesan and nutmeg.
Combine pasta, sauce, and chicken in baking dish. Top with mozzarella.
Bake 15-20 minutes until bubbly. Broil 2 minutes for golden top if desired.
Notes
For make-ahead: Assemble unbaked and refrigerate up to 24 hours. Add 5 minutes to baking time.
