Ingredients
  

For the Chicken:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste

For the Crab Topping:

  • 1 lb lump crabmeat (fresh or canned)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

Instructions
 

Prep the Chicken

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
    2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
    3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.n4. Sear chicken 3-4 mins per side until golden (it’ll finish cooking in the oven).

Make the Crab Topping

  • In a bowl, mix crabmeat, mayo, cheese, Old Bay, Worcestershire, and mustard.

Assemble & Bake

  • 1. Place chicken in a baking dish.
    2. Spoon crab mixture over each breast.
    3. Bake 15-20 mins until bubbly and golden.n(Optional: Broil 1-2 mins for extra crispiness!)
