Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs (1 week old)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp white vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Steam eggs 12 minutes, then ice bath 15 minutes
  • Halve eggs, remove yolks to bowl
  • Mash yolks with mayo, mustard, vinegar, and salt
  • Pipe or spoon filling into whites
  • Dust with paprika and chill until serving
