  • 8 pcs Slider buns soft, small
  • 300 g Roast beef thinly sliced
  • 200 g Cheese that melts well
  • 250 ml Au jus for dipping
  • 15 g Butter for toasting buns

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 175°C.
  • Slice the buns open and lightly toast them with butter.
  • Layer beef and cheese on the bottoms, then cap with the tops and bake for 10–12 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  • Heat your au jus until it simmers and pour into a small bowl for dipping.
  • Slice the sliders and serve warm with the jus on the side.

Notes

Tip: Toast buns lightly to avoid sogginess and add flavor!
