Easy Iced Cinnamon Roll Latte

Ingredients
  

  • 2 shots espresso (or ½ cup strong coffee)
  • 1 cup milk (whole or oat)
  • 1.5 tbsp cinnamon syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Cinnamon sugar (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Brew espresso and let cool slightly (prevents watery latte)
  • In glass, combine espresso, milk, cinnamon syrup and vanilla
  • Fill glass with ice, then pour coffee mixture over
  • Top with whipped cream and cinnamon sugar if desired

Notes

For hot version: steam milk and omit ice. Syrup keeps 2 weeks refrigerated.
