shots espresso (or ½ cup strong coffee)

milk (whole or oat)

cinnamon syrup

vanilla extract

ice cubes
Whipped cream (optional)
Cinnamon sugar (for garnish)
Instructions
Brew espresso and let cool slightly (prevents watery latte)
In glass, combine espresso, milk, cinnamon syrup and vanilla
Fill glass with ice, then pour coffee mixture over
Top with whipped cream and cinnamon sugar if desired
Notes
For hot version: steam milk and omit ice. Syrup keeps 2 weeks refrigerated.
