Easy Pink Velvet Macchiato (Starbucks Copycat)

A creamy, sweet espresso drink with vanilla-raspberry flavors and a gorgeous pink hue—just like Starbucks!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 shots espresso (or ½ cup strong coffee)
  • 1 cup milk (whole, oat, or almond)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla syrup
  • 1 tbsp raspberry syrup
  • 1-2 drops red food coloring (optional)
  • Whipped cream (for topping)

Instructions
 

  • Brew espresso and let it cool slightly
  • Heat milk (do not boil), then add vanilla syrup, raspberry syrup, and food coloring. Froth until creamy.
  • Pour pink milk into a glass, then slowly add espresso over the back of a spoon for layers.
  • Top with whipped cream and a drizzle of raspberry syrup. Serve immediately!

Notes

For an iced version, use cold foam and chill the espresso first.
